The Wild West on East Palace Avenue

343 E. Palace Avenue | Santa Fe, NM 87501 | 505-989-3426 loulou@galleryloulou.com

Come visit the house everyone stops to admire.Relax with a glass of chilled wine or tea on the porch and watch the Southwestern shades of pink, blue, and copper transform your thinking. Pick up a sketch pad, or a notebook, and tell us what you see. All of our guests have an opportunity to hang their art in our home. It is a gallery of photography so be sure to bring your Leica!
  • We are two blocks from Canyon Road, which winds around art galleries, restaurants and HIKERS and BIKERS wilderness, Santa Fe Ski Valley and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. At the Audubon Reserve you'll enter a park and just a few feet away is my favorite sanctuary: the lake, the meadows, and the birds!
  • Everyone says you can walk to the Plaza--from our house it is ONE HALF BLOCK.
  • The house is sandwiched between two outdoor living porches, one with BBQ overlooking the garden.
  • The summer-house was converted to an outdoor film room, with a projector to show DVDs, plus a turntable to create your own multimedia performance. A FEW GREAT LIVE PERFORMANCES ARE ON HAND: MONTEREY POP, JIMI HENDRIX, AND NEIL YOUNG
  • The house is all hardwood floors, with French doors in the main living area connecting to the front porch.
  • The dining and living area are connected, and the kitchen is accessible to the back porch and BBQ for dining al fresco.
  • There are THREE private bedrooms, TWO baths and a separate den.
  • Two porches: one in front with a garden of roses, and a hidden little side terrace. The back yard garden is beautifully landscaped and enclosed to ensure privacy. Pear and apple trees, roses, lavender, and sage fill the garden. The house TWO-STORY, 2500 square feet, WITH a separate summer-house.
